Thursdays (King Edward VI Sports Centre, Lichfield)

19:00-20:00 - All grades and beginners- age 11 - adult

20:00-21:00 - Senior class, green belt and above

Additional weekend sessions and courses with visiting instructors take place regularly.

Cost / Membership

Our classes are priced at £5.00 per hour.

We operate a pay as you train system.

Your first class is totally free of charge!

All students are licenced with NAKMAS.
